You choose which features use your key: Numo conversations, automations, dictation, or feedback. Compatible AI calls go to your provider and do not use minddy's included AI budget. Unselected features and calls without a compatible model still use that budget. Your provider's prices and limits apply.

Numo conversations and routines, dictation, feedback review, and enabled automations use the included budget. Calls made with your own API key are billed by your provider. Managing projects and connecting an external assistant through MCP do not use minddy's AI budget.

Features using the included AI budget pause until it resets the next month, even with yearly billing. You can still manage projects, issues and documents. minddy does not automatically bill extra usage.

Yes. Open Billing in your account settings to change plans or switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account returns to Free.

Yes, including Free. Connect a compatible assistant to read issues, write plans, and update tasks. Its own subscription or API charges may still apply. Numo conversations are also available on every plan within its AI budget.
